The Wii U version of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate Deluxe Edition has been delayed, Warner Bros. has revealed.

The game had previously been scheduled to release on the Nintendo eShop tomorrow, April 2, but now won’t release until “later in April”.

The Xbox 360, PS3 and PC versions remain unaffected, with the 360 and PC versions launching today and the PS3 version launching tomorrow. Warner Bros. has yet to comment on the reasons behind the Wii U version’s delay.

Blackgate Deluxe Edition is an enhanced version of last year’s handheld Batman featuring new HD visuals, a new map system, additional batsuits and new enemy encounters. The game first released on Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita last October.
