Atari has announced that CEO, James Caparro, has left to take a CEO position at Glenayre Technologies subsidiary Entertainment Distribution. While the board searches to replace Caparro, former Atari CEO and current chief creative officer, Bruno Bonnell, has been named as interim CEO.

Bonnell takes the role after being replaced by Caparro in February 2002. Atari have published hit games such as Enter the Matirx and will no doubt have another huge smash with The Path of Neo.
