Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry, a standalone version of the previously-released Assassin’s Creed 4 DLC, will be released for PS4 and PS3 on February 19, Ubisoft has announced.

A PC version will follow a week later on February 25. No standalone release has been announced for Xbox platforms.

Freedom Cry was released in December and as a self-contained story is a perfect fit for a standalone game. The game stars Edward Kenway’s first mate Adewale who is forced to face his past and sets out to free slaves. The story is set 15 years after the end of Black Flag in 18th century Haiti.

A price for the standalone version hasn’t been announced.
