According to the portfolio of lighting artist Oscar Carlén, he has been working on both Battlefield 3 and Mirror’s Edge 2. Both titles were listed under “2009-present”.
Earlier this year Patrick Soderlund, senior vice president at EA Games Europe, told VideoGamer.com: “You will see another Mirror’s Edge for sure. It’s just a matter of when that time is and what we do with it. We have a small team on it and I’m excited about what we do.”
Perhaps Carlén is a part of that small team, although following recent EA cutbacks it’s not known if a Mirror’s Edge sequel is still in development.
