Realtime Worlds has announced a restructure after it went into administration earlier in the week. The change to UK operations will allow the continued live service of APB in the US and Europe, while plans are in place to support the game with updates and patches. One patch is currently being used on the public test server.

Paul Dounis, of business rescue and restructuring specialist Begbies Traynor commented: “We want to offer reassurance to gamers that APB will not only continue as an online service but will be improved and supported 100% during this restructure.”

APB impressed during early looks, but failed to live up to its potential on release. VideoGamer.com scored the game a disappointing 5/10 back in July.
