A brief 30 second teaser of the God of War: Ascension single-player has been released by Sony Computer Entertainment Santa Monica Studios.

The last time we saw single-player was at E3 2012.

“This trailer is only a quick taste,” wrote Aaron Kaufman, community strategist. “You didn’t think Ascension was only 30 seconds long, right?! We have more single-player details to unravel and showcase as we rage towards launch.”

Kaufman added that a single-player demo will be released in February.

It may only be brief, but those 30 seconds sure do look good. Let’s hope the demo is just as impressive, and a step up from the E3 2012 demo included with the Blu-ray of Total Recall. Santa Monica Studio has confirmed that the February demo will be entirely new content.
