Ubisoft will release a new Assassin’s Creed game in 2011, the publisher confirmed during its earnings call last night.
“We won’t give you full details but what we can say is that we will have an Assassin’s Creed also this year,” said CEO Yves Guillemot.
Guillemot didn’t share any info on the game, but did promise “more details about the game in May”.

Despite some early scepticism – it’s just Assassin’s Creed 2.5 – Assassins’ Creed Brotherhood turned out to be a great game, so providing Ubisoft can maintain this quality we’re happy to see another entry in the series this year.
