Angry Birds Star Wars will release on all current-gen platforms on November 1, Rovio and Activision have announced.

The game is said to have been remastered for consoles, and will offer 20 new levels and new competitive and co-op multiplayer modes in addition to all previous mobile content.

Look out for the game on Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita, Wii U, Wii, and 3DS.

Previous console release Angry Birds Trilogy has now sold over 1.7 million units globally.

The announcement follows that of Angry Birds Star Wars 2, which is coming to iOS, Android and Windows 8 on September 19.

It would have been nice to see the console version include Angry Birds Star Wars 2 in addition to the first game, but this doesn’t appear to be the case.
