Panache Digital Games boss Patrice Desilets has revealed that the long-awaited Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey will launch in 2019 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.
Ancestors kicks off a whopping 10 million years ago and spans some eight million years, with players exploring Neogene Africa. Exploration and discovery are very much part and parcel from the look of things, with players having to expand territory and grow their clan as the ages tick by.
Along the way, you’ll acquire new abilities, and will be able to pass them over to a new generation. Check out the trailer below, which offers a look at some of the basic concepts behind the game.
