Amy Hennig used this weekend’s Star Wars Celebration to chat about her upcoming new Star Wars title at Visceral, though didn’t reveal very much.

From what the acclaimed game maker said, it has been concluded that we can expect a very cinematic game which features multiple protagonists.

“The process that I’ve been using is really similar to what I did for Uncharted, to be honest,” she said. “You need to deconstruct the films so you can reconstruct them … as gameplay.”

“These are always ensemble stories,” Hennig added. “In Star Wars, they’re co-protagonists. The same thing is true of our game.”

Concept art shown appears to place the game during the original film trilogy.

Visceral’s game is scheduled to release at some point in 2018. In the meantime fans can look forward to additional Star Wars Battlefront expansions this year.
