Creative Assembly is investigating an issue preventing some Alien Isolation users from downloading the game’s Crew Expendable pre-order DLC.
According to user reports, multiple people have experienced issues while attempting to redeem a code for the DLC on PS4, which is included with all copies of Alien Isolation’s Nostromo Edition and Ripley Edition.
Responding to fans on Twitter, Creative Assembly said that it had received “a few reports” highlighting the issue and that it is “looking in to this now”.
A thread on the game’s official forums has also been set up to discuss the issue.
