Microsoft has announced that Alien Breed 3: Descent, the final chapter in Team17’s trilogy will be released for XBLA on November 17.
If shooting up Aliens isn’t your thing then maybe some retro arcade action with SEGA’s Crazy Taxi will be more to your taste. This HD version of fast-paced driving game is priced 800 MS Points.
Other notable additions to Xbox LIVE in November include the Crackdown 2 Deluge Pack on November 16, Mafia II Joe’s Adventures on November 23 and Halo: Reach Noble Map Pack on November 30.
And if you’re an Xbox LIVE Free member, look out for a free weekend of Xbox LIVE Gold, taking place from November 25 through November 29. During this time Gold-only features, such as multiplayer gaming, Facebook and Twitter, will be available free of charge.
There’s no doubt that the Halo: Reach Noble Map Pack is the highlight for November, but the free weekend of Xbox LIVE Gold is also well timed from Microsoft, giving gamers a taste of what they are missing out on – mainly Halo: Reach and Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer.
