Alan Wake’s American Nightmare was announced during the weekend’s Spike TV Video Game Awards.
A trailer confirmed the game, with Alan’s doppelganger Mr Scratch revealed to be the enemy.
Developer Remedy had previously said the game featured a “pretty damn impressive storyline that expands the original in some interesting ways”.
Remedy also Tweeted to confirm a Q1 2012 release on Xbox LIVE Arcade.
