Flight combat sequel Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown has received a 'Director's Cut' E3 trailer for you to gawk at. I didn't even know video games got director's cut trailers, but I guess they are a thing nowadays.

Seen below, the footage offers an expanded look at the long-delayed dogfighter, which is due for release on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One later this year.

Ace Combat has a long-standing history with PlayStation platforms, so it's probably not surprising to see that Skies Unknown is offering exclusive PSVR missions. The game is being powered by the Unreal Engine 4, and looks set to continue the series' trademark storytelling and adrenaline-pumping, tactical air combat.
