A Plague Tale: Innocence is slated for release on May 14 for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, Asobo Studio has revealed.
Set during the Hundreds Years' War, A Plague Tale follows siblings Amica and Hugo as they trek across 14th Century France, stepping over bloodied bodies and wastelands while avoiding a swarm of flesh-hungry rats.
You'll have to fend them off by using fire, even going so far as to direct their rampage in the direction of marauding knights. It's violent, bleak-looking game, although it's certainly looking quite unique.
