Rising Star Games, in partnership with Bitmap Bureau, has announced that 88 Heroes will be coming to the Nintendo Switch in early October, as a complete edition called 88 Heroes – 98 Heroes Edition. The Switch version will combine the frantic-action of the original game as well as the RSG Champions DLC, the forthcoming H8 Mode Activate DLC will come to the Switch edition for free later down the line.

The RSG Champions DLC features eight playable characters taken from other Rising Star Games releases. Players will be able to play as Rusty from the SteamWorld Collection, Gunborg from Zombie Vikings, and Conga Master from Conga Master. The H8 Mode Activate DLC introduces two more playable characters and eight more challenge levels for players to work their way through, when it releases of course.

88 Heroes is a chaotic 2D platformer where the player has 88 minutes to save the world from oblivion courtesy of Dr H8’s 88 thermo-nuclear warheads. Naturally the player has 88 heroes in order to complete all 88 levels.

88 Heroes – 98 Heroes will be released on Nintendo Switch in early October. This complete edition follows on from the March 2017 release of the original 88 Heroes on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
