According to GamerBytes the German ratings board has revealed that Activision is preparing The Secret of Monkey Island – Special Edition, for release on Xbox 360.
While a straightforward port for release on Xbox LIVE Arcade would seem most obvious, the tease of a Special Edition suggests fans will be given a little more.
The Secret of Monkey Island was released back in 1990 and was the brainchild of Tim Schafer, Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman. It’s regarded as one of the greatest adventure games ever made.
