The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor have been delayed to November 18 in North America and November 21 in Europe, Warner Bros. has announced.
The last-gen versions were previously due to go on sale alongside the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions on October 3. The PS4, Xbox One and PC releases have not been affected by the delay.
Unlike the next-gen versions, which are being developed by Monolith, the Xbox 360 and PS3 SKUs are being led by Naughty Bear developer Behaviour Interactive. Warner has yet to confirm the reason for the last-gen version’s delay.
Earlier this year it was revealed that the PS3 and 360 ports would feature a significantly scaled back version of Shadow of Mordor’s Nemesis System, which dynamically generations a military hierarchy and unique enemies based on the player’s actions.
Warner Bros. has yet to show the last-gen versions publicly.
