World of Goo will be released for the iPhone and iPod Touch this Thursday, developer 2D Boy has announced.
While the game’s standard price will be £1.79, a 24-hour sale will see it on offer for just 59p. In order to play you’ll need an iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 or 3rd generation iPod Touch or newer.
2D has also revealed that an update for World of Good HD (for the iPad) will mean that version will also work on iPhone and iPod Touch – its price will remain at £2.99.
A new character is also said to appear at the end of the iOS versions of World of Goo.
