Merge a classic multiplayer brawler with furry pals, physics-based chaos, and a slew of battle arenas and you get Party Animals, a cuddly take on the classic formula where you duke it out against other players for bragging rights in wild, floppy, and frenetic fights.

If your current roster of cute pet avatars and puppies is looking a little uninspiring, then grab a free skin or two thanks to codes, available to both Xbox Game Pass and Steam players in the item shop. Codes, which are issued on social media like Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube, and Discord by developer Recreate Games, also sometimes grant cookies, egg coins, and Nemo Bucks – all useful for sprucing up your animals.

How to redeem Party Animals codes?

Follow these steps to redeem a code:

  • Load up the game on your PC, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X|S.
  • In the main menu, tap the Item Shop button in the bottom left-hand of the screen.
  • In the Item Shop, click on the Redeem button at the top of the menu.
  • Enter your code into the textbox that pops up.
  • Tap Redeem.
  • After a short wait, a gift box will appear on screen for you to open and get your free cosmetics or items.

Why won’t my code work?

Occasionally, the Party Animals servers can get overloaded, which can cause an error when trying to redeem a code. Wait a few minutes, try again, and you’ll be able to snap up your free in-game loot. Another reason a code may not be working is that it hasn’t been entered correctly. Make sure you match the code exactly as it appears above. Better yet, copy and paste it to avoid any problems.
