In keeping with its tight narrative vision, Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 has a slim count of 11 total trophies and achievements to unlock. It’s four less than the 15 found in the first game, and overall ticking them all off can be done in more or less a single playthrough. Most are related to the story so are unmissable.
To make things easier, Hellblade 2 features a chapter select menu for easier navigation between major parts of the story, so you don’t even have to do a complete second playthrough if you missed out of a few the first time around. We managed to tick most of them all during our first playthrough for our Hellblade 2 review.
Trophy and achievement guide

Other than the Seeing Things Differently, which requires a complete playthrough to unlock the new narrators then starting a second game, you can get all the other trophies to pop during your first playthrough. The only ones that will potentially cause issues are those linked to collectibles – Tales of Midgard and Glimpses of the Gods.
