Hellblade 2 features six chapters that chart Senua’s journey through a bleak and hostile interpretation of 10th Century Iceland. Conveniently, once you start playing Hellblade 2, a new option will pop up the main menu letting you select and play any previously completed chapters. While convenient if you fancy playing through a specific chapter again, it’s also very useful if you’re aiming to find all the Hidden Faces and Lorestangir in the game, a few of which you’ll likely miss during your first playthrough.
Below, you’ll find a complete chapter list, including all sub-chapters, which we unlocked while playing for our Senua’s Saga Hellblade 2 review. As always with chapter lists, there are spoilers below with some pretty overt references to major story beats and pivotal characters, so tread lightly if you want a blind playthrough. You’ve been warned.

The chapters vary in length somewhat, but overall, they each take roughly 1h to 1h30 to complete. They also all take place in distinct locations offering not just a narrative delimitation but also an environmental one. As for naming conventions, every chapter in the list refers to a specific location other than Chapter 4 Huldufólk, a reference to a group that plays a crucial role in Senua’s story in Hellblade 2. Freyslaug, Bárðarvik, and Borgarvirki, for example, are the names of specific settlements visited in the game.
