The Ghost of Yotei Oni’s Breath Inn quest tasks you with getting intel on the Yotei Six in a seedy den in the east of the Ishikari Plain. To get inside, you’ll need to don a mask, which, if you don’t have one, you can buy from the vendor just outside.
