Familiars play an important role in Anime Vanguards, especially once you’ve progressed further into the game. For example, your strongest Units will benefit immensely with a good familiar attached to them. Similarly, many familiars will boost your other units as well, letting you clear more waves than before. So let’s take a look at all familiars in Anime Vanguards, what their effects are, and more.

How to reroll familiars

Once you’ve obtained a familiar, that’s not the end. You can further improve them by rerolling. There are two ways to do it:

  • Elemental Shards: Used to reroll the familiar’s elemental passive.
  • Phoenix Shards: Used to reroll the familiar’s stats.

Make sure to gather enough of these precious resources, because you can reroll them as many times as you want, as long as the familiar hasn’t been Corrupted (with a Corruption Crystal). You will gain these Shards while playing the game as rewards, as well as sometimes by using Anime Vanguards codes. You can access the reroll menu from the Familiars window.
