S-tier characters
S-tier units represent the most powerful and meta-defining characters currently available in Anime Rangers X. These units offer exceptional value in both offence and utility, often capable of clearing enemy waves with minimal support. Top S-tier characters include characters like Eclipse Sorcerer, Fire Fist, Bunny, and Shadow Knight.
A-tier characters
A-tier units are excellent choices for players who haven’t yet unlocked the highest-tier characters. Often found in Mythical rarity, these units can still deliver top-tier performance and are very effective in most scenarios. Characters like King Curses, Molten Phantom, and Sorcerer are recommended due to their high damage output, efficient cooldowns, and impactful ultimate abilities. They serve as strong core units for mid-to-late game gameplay.
B-tier characters
B-tier units offer a mix of strengths and weaknesses, making them situational picks that can shine with the right support. While they may not match the raw power of S or A-tier characters, they remain valuable, especially in the early game or when facing specific enemy types. King Ant, One Arm Pirate, and Cursed Fist are among the better B-tier options thanks to their Dark Element skills, which are especially effective in the opening stages of the game.
C-tier characters
C-tier characters are generally considered below average, but they still play an important role during the early stages of progression. These units can help you gain experience, farm currency, and unlock stronger heroes. Otaku, Eternal Avenger, and Silent Sting are notable in this tier due to their short cooldowns and fast attack rates, making them useful for quick farming runs and resource gathering.
D-tier characters
D-tier units are the weakest among the Legendary characters in Anime Rangers X.
