Final Fantasy XIV Online’s winter Starlight Celebration begins December 16. Featured this year will be The Winter’s knell, which is said to “take the place” of the traditional Starlight Celebration.
The Winter’s Knell is described as one “facet” of the Starlight Celebration, and includes the building of Father Frost, a giant made of snow.
The event will begin 8 AM and run until December 31 at 2:59 PM GMT.
In order to participate, users must first speak to any of the Black Rabbit hirelings who appear throughout the Ul’dah Merchant Strip, Gridania, and Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks.
The Starlight Celebration is a yearly Christmas event where the world of Final Fantasy Online is decorated with holiday arrangements, and Seasonal items are made available.
