Activision and High Moon will reveal a new game based on a Marvel license at the San Diego Comic Con next week.
As spotted by Gamespot, the Marvel video games panel will include “an announcement from Activision and High Moon Studios that is sure to be a hit.”
High Moon has previously made War for Cybertron and Dark of the Moon, and is currently finishing off this August’s Fall of Cybertron. The latest Marvel game hitting stores is Beenox’s The Amazing Spider-Man, released on Friday.
What this game is remains to be seen, but the strong money is on Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 (a franchise Activision created), an Avengers title or the game based on Iron Man 3. If High Moon wants to stick to Transformers while combining it with the current hotness that is the Avengers, how about a game based on the New Avengers/Transformers crossover comic?
