Dovetail games has announced the release of some new DLC for Euro Fishing, arriving next week to ‘banish those back-to-work blues’. Called Waldsee, the DLC takes you to a hidden fishing spot deep in the forests of Germany.
Apparently Waldsee is such a secret fishing spot that nobody knows exactly what fish stock the lake, so you get to figure it out yourself. There are over 600 stocked in there, and 20 new boss fish with 10 new trophies.
Mark Greenway, Fishing Business Director at Dovetail Games, said, ‘It has amazing fish and scenic views while also remaining a secret to the fishing community at large. It’s the type of fishing spot that’s harder and harder to find nowadays and we wanted to somewhere that takes you away from the real world.’
This is a fair goal for 2018, given how well 2017 went. I’m also really pleased that I now know ‘Fishing Business Director’ is a job title, because it’s great.
Waldsee is out on Tuesday January 9 on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
