EA Sports has announced EA Sports PGA Tour, a new entry in its long-running golf series that uses the Frostbite 3 engine for the first time.

The game will have no load screens between holes, and adopt more unconventional holes for players to play on, one of which sees a golfer teeing over a crashing battleship.

EA Sports PGA Tour is due next spring.
