A sequel to Demon’s Souls could be in the works, reported images leaked from the game and suggestive Tweets from the content creator of its spiritual successor, Dark Souls, have suggested.

The faces of Sony president Kaz Hirai and Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida appearing in the background suggests the game could be a PlayStation exclusive, though no platforms were reported.
A NeoGAF user also posted some supposed leaked screenshots of Project Beast (via 4Chan), showing the main character wielding a shotgun and taking on zombie dogs and soldiers.

For now, take this information with a pinch of salt. The Tweet could simply be fuelling speculation, albeit coming from somebody who worked on Dark Souls. The images certainly appear genuine, but with E3 right around the corner, it shouldn’t be long until we hear something official.
