Easy $30.000:
This is an extremely easy way to get $30,000. You have to own Sunshine Auto and you have to have $10,000. OK you start by betting on the 6.1 mile race. Once you bet $10,000 get the tank (rhino) cheat, roll up the the starting line, let it count down and once it says go shoot the other cars. If you get all of them then you can either get a fast car and finish or drive the tank, you get all the time you need.

Easy $30.000, alternate way:
Do not use the tank, it wont lock on to them. Do this instead, enter the race and drive or walk to the starting position. Go up in head of the racers and then get the weapons set with the bazooka. Then turn around and shoot into the center of the 3 cars and they should all blow up. If not, two them will and you can get the 3rd one before it gets past you.
