A poster for Uwe Boll’s upcoming movie version of Bloodrayne has hit the internet. The movie stars Kristanna Loken (Terminator 3), Michael Madsen (Kill Bill), Ben Kingsley (lots of good films) and Michelle Rodriguez (S.W.A.T.). A surprisingly strong line up of actors, but the poster itself looks remarkably cheap, and Madsen looks quite ridiculous with a mullet.
Boll doesn’t have the best track record for creating good movies, with his last two being the poor House of the Dead and the even poorer Alone in the Dark. He pretty much has the video game movie genre sewn up though, with plans to direct movies based on Far Cry, Fear Effect, Hunter: The Reckoning and Dungeon Siege. Let’s just be thankful that he isn’t directing the Halo movie.
