The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will release on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Wii U, 3DS and PC on May 2, Activision has announced.
An exclusive ‘Web Threads Suit Pack’ will also be offered to those who pre-order the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 or PC version from GAME, containing four ‘super-powered’ suits:
- The cutting-edge designed, red and gold Iron Spider Suit
- The stellar, blue and white Cosmic Spider-Man Suit
- The all-consuming Venom-like Black Suit
- The pulp-style Spider-Man Noir Suit
The DLC is not expected to be available for the Wii U or 3DS versions.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is believed to take place alongside the events of this summer’s blockbusters, and is thought to retain the previous game’s third-person open-world web-slinging.
