Speaking during Sony’s CES keynote in Las Vegas yesterday (reported by GameSpot, Sony Computer Entertainment boss Kaz Hirai revealed that PlayStation 3 exclusive platformer/level creator LittleBigPlanet has sold 1.3 million units worldwide. He went on to add that the game’s users have created around 300,000 levels.
The worldwide sales figure for LittleBigPlanet comes only days after ELSPA revealed the game had sold over 200,000 units in the UK alone.
Hirai also noted that Sony Computer Entertainment’s PlayStation Network now has 17 million users.
