Capcom has announced that the initial shipment of Super Street Fighter IV has reached one million units worldwide.
Super Street Fighter IV features ten new characters over the original Street Fighter IV release, plus new online game modes and a replay channel making it possible to upload and view previous fights.
Deemed too large of an update to be released as DLC, Capcom chose to publish the game as a standalone retail title. As a gesture to fans Capcom is selling the game at a reduced price – around £20 online.
Super Street Fighter IV is out now on Xbox 360 and PS3.
