Something we missed during last week’s craziness was the announcement of EyeToy: Play 3 from Sony. The third game in the Play series looks to be jam packed with new ideas and s under development at SCEE London, in collaboration with Kuju Brighton. Play 3 is set for a November 2005 release on PlayStation 2.
Announced so far is a Beach Volleyball game, Bowling, DJing, performing in a band, becoming a hair stylist and even a game that has you joining a military boot camp. Then there is a collection of physical mini games designed for four-player fun, and the crazy Playroom.
If you see groups of middle-aged peopled prancing about in their living rooms this Christmas, at least you now know what they are probably doing.
