Tomonobu Itagaki, the head of Team Ninja, has confirmed to Famitsu magazine that Dead or Alive Code Cronus is indeed headed to the Xbox 360. In his regular column in the Japanese magazine Itagaki revealed that development on the game has only just begun; Dead or Alive 4 and Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball 2 are also confirmed for the Xbox 360, with Dead or Alive 4 being one of Microsoft’s key launch titles.
Ever since Code Cronus was announced fans have been desperate for snippets of information on the title, but nothing has been revealed. At least we now know which platform the game will appear on. There had been speculation about the game appearing on the current Xbox, but now Ninja Gaiden Black (The bumper edition of Ninja Gaiden) seems to be the last Team Ninja game scheduled for original Xbox.
We’ll bring you more on Code Cronus and the rest of Team Ninja’s games as soon as we hear any more.
