Yoshi’s Land, the mystery Wii U game that was uncovered via a ‘mock up’ debug menu, has been listed by multiple retailers.
Yoshi’s Land appeared on both Future Shop and Best Buy’s Canadian websites last night, listing the game for release during 2013.
Future Shop’s listing included a description of the game, which invites players to “join everyone’s favourite dinosaur in his first big starring role on Nintendo Wii U – Yoshi’s Land.
“Utilise the power of the Wii U Touchscreen GamePad to enjoy dual-screen fun in this epic adventure with stunning HD graphics and connectivity with the MiiVerse.”
Yoshi’s Land has yet to be announced by Nintendo.
Its appearance on the debug menu wasn’t acknowledged by the company either, who simply stated that the “mock up menu”, which was stumbled upon by early Wii U buyers in the US, had “been removed”.
Yoshi has previously taken the starring role in multiple Nintendo titles, including N64 platformer Yoshi’s Story and DS title Yoshi’s Island DS.
