THQ’s chief accounting officer has resigned, the publisher has revealed.

As reported by Venture County Star, Teri Manby handed in her notice yesterday and will leave THQ on July 6.

Manby was also vice president and corporate controller at THQ, so her duties will now be done by two people. Chief financial officer Paul Pucino will now handle all the accounting-type stuff, while Rose Cunningham, chief financial reporting officer, will be the new VP and corporate controller.

THQ’s stock was worth just 67 cents at the close of trading yesterday, down from 70 cents at the end of Tuesday. Shares have been worth as much as $3.67 over the past year.

Yesterday THQ announced it was cancelling Saints Row the Third expansion Enter the Dominatrix. The content will be rolled into a new, fully-fledged Saints Row sequel.

If THQ lasts that long, that is.
