A bunch of additional games have been added to the Xbox LIVE Ultimate Sale, offering hugely reduced price downloadable games until March 4.

The highlights are Codemasters' GRID and Square's Tomb Raider: Legend at just £2.69 each.

Next weeks is better, Final Showdown is on it then, aswell as Jojo's bizarre adventure.

What I don't get is that games costing £2.69 are also available for 480 MS points, whereas the £4.49 ones are 520. Huh? MS still seem determined to shaft somebody any chance they get.

Incidentally, credit where it is due. £25 for Halo 4 is a really good price.

I know many of these are older titles, but for the prices it's worth going through a few older games you haven't played before, especially if you're after achievements.

While I'm not bothered by achievements that much (in that I like getting them but won't go out of my way to do so) I will buy a few of these just for playing.
