CD Projekt RED has promised to address The Witcher 3’s small font size in a new patch.

The game’s small text has been criticised by some fans since launch for being too difficult to read, particularly when playing the game at a distance.

The issue won’t be addressed in patch 1.03, however, which went live on PC yesterday and is coming “very soon” to console. Instead, 1.03 focuses on improving stability, performance, pop-in, visual effects and includes other various fixes. The full patch notes can be found on the game’s website.

Don’t expect to find the 600 fixes previously reported to be included in the update, though. They were actually included in the day one patch, CD Projekt has clarified.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt launched on PS4, Xbox One and PC on Tuesday.
