Brutal racer Carmageddon: Reincarnation is getting a final PC release on April 23, Stainless has announced.

The game has been available on Steam Early Access since early 2014 but will release in full next month, packing in a Career mode, 8-player multiplayer, 9 maps and 24 vehicles. Kickstarter backers will also get a bonus Special Edition Red Eagle vehicle.

Players who purchase the Early Access version ahead of launch will receive immediate access to the beta version along with a bundle featuring the original game, Carmageddon 2 and Carmageddon TDR2K.

“Once more we’d like to thank everyone who already has the game installed – your patience will soon be rewarded,” said Stainless. “Tell your friends! Tell your family! Shout it from the rooftops! And if you haven’t got it already… NOW’S THE TIME!”
