The legendary dev is currently re-recording dialogue with Keiji Fujiwara.
Hideo Kojima has tweeted the first pic of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection on Vita. As you'll see, the image shows a menu screen with a choice of either Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, or the previous game, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. However, there's no sign of the third game that appeared in recent PS3 HD Collection – PSP title Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker.
According to andriasang, the document in the background is actually the game's script. Kojima mentions in his tweet that he's currently re-recording dialogue with Sigint voice actor Keiji Fujiwara.

PS Vita launches in the UK on February 22 - Amazon currently has the best pre-order deal, which includes a free 8GB memory card and the option to buy a launch game for £15.
Peacewalker wasn't included in the Japanese version of the HD Collection, so that's probably why it's not present in Kojima's image. It'll more than likely be in the final European release. And even if it's not – who cares? It's the weakest link in the package anyway.
