According to Chart-Track figures – reported by Eurogamer – a massive 70 per cent of Homefront’s first week sales in the UK were made on Xbox 360.

The massive Xbox 360 bias left only 26 per cent for PS3 and a tiny four per cent for PC, although the latter doesn’t include digital sales.

The game charted at No.1 in the All Formats All Prices UK video game chart this week, with the Xbox 360 game the best-selling single SKU. Despite only shifting around a third of the Xbox 360’s total, the PS3 version was the week’s second biggest selling SKU.

It’s not uncommon for such a discrepancy between platforms, although the difference here has perhaps been exaggerated by Homefront’s marketing tie-in with Xbox 360.
