Colin McRae Rally has appeared on the New Zealand iOS App Store ahead of tomorrow’s official announcement.

The leak follows this morning’s tease of a new Colin McRae rally title.

The iOS title, which costs $6.49 NZD (£3.28 GBP), is based on 2001 PlayStation title Colin McRae Rally 2.0 and features 30 rally stages set across the Australian outback, Greek mountains and streets of Corsica.

The mobile game features multiple game modes, including rallies and a Championship mode, four different cars – the Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI, Lancia Stratos and Colin McRae’s Ford Focus – and a physics model based on the earlier Colin McRae titles.

You’ll need a fairly recent iOS device to play it, though. An iPhone 4S/5, iPad 2 or newer, or 5th gen iPod Touch is required.

A UK price and release date has yet to be officially announced by Codemasters, but it’s safe to expect a release tomorrow.
