Unlock Star wolf: Play in the Subspace emissary's Ruins level and continue through until you are on an elevator. Then, go past the first door and go to the bottom level. A cut scene will show wolf and then you will have to fight him.

after you beat subspace emissary, go back to the swamp level,there will be a new door.Go in to it.fight jigglypuff.Then she is your's.
