Axe Zombie strategy:
When he smashes the wall, and breaks the gate go through the gate. At the end you should see a huge door. Go to the door, and look the right. You should see a chest on the crates. Open it and there should be a machine gun. Grab it, and go to the Axe Zombie. Remember, go close and your a gone if it's not online/co-op. Aim at the boss's head and shoot it. He should kneel down, go up to him and use your martial arts option. Repeat this until the boss is dead, but if you run out of machine gun ammo use your handgun to shoot a few zombies.

Chainsaw Zombie strategy:
For the Chainsaw Zombie you need to use the machine gun/rifle. Take it out, and get your online buddy to go up to the gate. There will be this cutscene, watch it or skip it. Once the boss comes out, go to the fence on the other side. Be careful for the zombies that come as reinforcments. Get the online person to shoot the zombies while you're killing the boss. Make sure you messaged the other person to NOT pick up the ammo unless it's hangun ammo. If you're the girl, then you mostly need the machine gun. For the guy, you use the rifle. Shoot the boss in the head, and if he doesn't kneel down shoot him in the head again. Once he kneels down, hit him with karate. Repeat this until the boss is dead.
