MCV has compiled a list of the UK’s top 10 best-selling games in the first half of 2010, revealing Ubisoft’s Just Dance as the year’s biggest seller.

The Wii dancing game phenomenon has sold 940,358 units this year alone, not including sales in the latter part of 2009 – the game was released November 27, 2009.

Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption comes in at No.2 with an impressive 819,161 units, made even more impressive by its May 21 release date – approximately six weeks on sale compared to the full six months for just dance.

Surely underperforming is Square Enix’s Final Fantasy XIII, which charts at No.9 with only 339,996 units sold since its launch on March 9, 2010.
