Zavvi are usually pretty good but can be quite slow to send stuff out if you're unlucky. Just got Dirt 3 Complete from them the other day and they sent it out yesterday, 1 day turnaround.

Sometimes I've had to wait for ages. Quickest way to get their attention or help? Twitter. Same with Game.

I've tried to use Zavvi before and had the same issues. I bought Halo Special Edition and they charged my card then told me it was out of stock and they would send it as soon as it came in, but couldn't give me an estimate of when that would be.

Disturbingly the order I placed with Zavvi has been sitting there for 9 days Awaiting Despatch, they've already charged my card, and there's no response from Customer Support after 38 hours.

Have they gone bust or are they just having a week of fail?

Just to counter that, my most recent 6 orders to Amazon have all gone through using various suppliers and all have been delivered without a hitch in the same period.

Thanks VG! Now I think I'll use this little beauty on Dragon's Dogma. After watching your extended play and having a go on the demo, I'm feeling pretty excited about the game now after some early doubts.
