Bread is a Food Resource and flour is its raw material. It is need to upgrade a Burgage Plot’s level.
Production
Making bread is one of the more complex processes in the game. The steps can be found below.
- Build a Farm and Farmhouse
- Plant and Harvest Wheat or Rye
- Set the Threshing Priority to High
- Build a Windmill near the Farm
- Build a Bakery or Communal Oven

How you can use bread
There are three main uses of bread in Manor Lords - building Region Wealth, upgrading Burgage Plots, and feeding your settlement.
Bread can be distributed to your settlement using food stalls found in the Marketplace.
To upgrade your Burgage Plots, you will need a steady supply of Bread coming into your Food Stalls.
You can also export Bread to get some more Regional Wealth. Prices may fluctuate depending on the supply and demand within a given territory.
